They will post out the conditions of the EGM and give enough time for votes to be cast.
Please keep in mind that for postal votes they will need to be recieved before the EGM date - here the date and time will be listed on the letter to us shareholders.

If you are like me and do proxy voting (through automic log in) generally speaking they will need to be cast from the opening date and be recieved no leter than 2 days before the EGM or be recieved on the day he EGM cast at meeting.
In short in will be dependant on the details in the letter to us shareholders.
There will be around 4 weeks of open time for everyone to cast their votes.

For me i'll be working at the time of meeting so i will be electing the chair to cast my votes on my behalf.
I will lodge this about a week out from the closure date to allow sufficient time for them to be processed.

There will be a number of items to vote on, most likely more performance options for directors and possibly a company constitution channge.
The loan share plan to john is basically a given option to vote on, i doubt this will change.

If you vote on the form open and submit, you are giving all the votes to the chairman or whoever your proxy representative is at the meeting.
If you abstain from voting, then you are wasting your time filling out the form.
