Ok Captain Crans, Baggins, Nasty1 Spiderman, Fara and all fellow MMX Crew.....As I posted over a week ago..and when the quality of my info was questioned, By CHM opportunists.....I mentioned February.....Well my Attendee has confirmed via phone that court adjourned till first week of February, the 3rd I think......for closing statements....should be over 3 days....... "

The Company confirms that the four week evidentiary part of the Federal
Court hearing before His Honour Justice Jacobson concluded Friday.
The matter is next before the court for further administrative matters on 30
November 2009.
The court has also scheduled three days for closing arguments on 3, 4 and 5
