Anyone else notice that Holymagimon spelled out the exact process for the merger in his OIP post on this thread on 27 October. And that was one of his very first posts ever on OIP whereas he was a frequent poster on ESG and HGO. He even referred to a delay in the court procedings caused by the festive season .. as do these lines in today's presentation on the merger "Two court approvals and the approval of GGX and possibly OIP shareholders are required for the merger to be implemented. Timing: Aiming for completion by late January 2010. If delayed, likely to extend to late February due to Christmas leave for the Courts."

Interesting once again to contemplate who he might be. If not whom I suspect then someone close to what's happening at OIP and of course one assumes ESG.
