A BAPE - end 2022 or beginning 2023. When did it start? Already millions have been thrown into the process, I believe. Costing lots of money and time. The world is moving ahead fast. Q can lose its competitive advantages with such long process. This is something the Q gov must pay attention to, to shorten the process.
