Will Kalgoorlie crack and leach allow Lynas to increase final RE chemical production in the LAMP beyond the annual limit currently imposed by the Malaysian Government? In other words, are the current production limits a function of the "acceptable" crack and leach bi-product levels or are they related to a biproduct in the later stage processing?
