The problem with the EV dream is recharge and range problems.
Yeh blah blah blah in the future but they still have to make it work have charging stations every couple of hundred Kms, at this stage Hybrids are 100 times more feasible and workable.
To discount hydrogen which will also be able to avoid the Recharge range problems is short sighted imo.
City driving for EV no problem. Long distance trips currently are untenable. maybe in a few more years...but imo at the very least there will be demand for both
