it's exactly as I had suspected and stated the CR would likely occur. You raise money prior to having the news to release.

you need to be able to have something attractive in the pipeline ahead to get people to want to participate in the raise.

i had flagged that the cash balance and been a negative overhang here since my initial position. at the time I simply stated that the plan would be that the price was at higher levels when performing the raise. wasn't the case but does mean an awesome opportunity today.

peak recently involved with one of my other companies I'm invested and doing extremely well there. This CR means the pipeline of news is coming up and this is where some of the participants of the CR will look to cash in. I'll be buying on market post raise. expect others will start do the same. volume will significantly increase from here on in with this unknown now out the way.
