Background: SYA holder since 2018 (lot's of skin in the game), native French speaker and have lived a little in Quebec so have some experience with the distinct accent
Only slight tweak on the translation from my PoV:
word-for-word @ 1.10.37: "....conclu avec Piedmont cesse si Sayona develope un projet de deuxieme transformation au Quebec...."
The 50% contract "...concluded with Piedmont will cease IF Sayona develops a second phase transformation project in Quebec. .."
(Si = If)
So all good really.
