***Also I would like to say that the Managing Director of AVZ Nigel Ferguson is an honest guy who doesn't BS when it comes to AVZ's deposit, mining and conversion operations(BTW he doesn't have anything to hide the fundamentals are O.U.T.S.T.A.N.D.I.N.G.!), and I find it disturbing that the CEO of LTR carries on about Africa when he knows the very successful mining companies goliaths that operate out of the DRC like Ivanhoe and Glencore, the fact that he worked with BHP which has operations in Africa and he worked in South America successfully, and that he states to the Australian Financial Review that LTR has a binding offtake when in fact it is NOT binding-(****read the fine print of announcement-"Liontown and LCEGS will now work together to enter a full form binding offtake agreement), and I am disturbed by the misleading announcements that LTR puts out about its deposit and operations going forward, using the elevated spot price and not contract price to beef up its DFS figures, and also leaving off AVZ(the largest and lowest impurity lithium deposit in the world) in its comparisons!

Collectively this is what is called putting lipstick on a pig!.....All big red flags for me! and makes me realise I invested in the right company:
    AVZ!

    AVZ: No deposit compares!-PRESS HERE

AVZ: homogenous and close to the surface largest hard rock lithium resource in the world, and 2nd in grade to only Greenbushes, low impurities( no mica issues/ low iron content)....Yes and look at those intercepts close to 300 metres and high grade....too good to be true but it is!

PLS: Inferior compared to AVZ: thin/veiny intercepts steeper sloping with much higher strip ratios-much greater overburden and underburden, questionable JORC reporting of iron content!, cannot produce battery grade because of expensive cost to convert due to impurities.

LTR: Again a much inferior resource to AVZ of their flagship Kathleen Valley. Veiny thin intercepts of lower average grade and their main orebody is 350 metres below surface that will require an expensive underground mine which by its very definition
(shafts)will not be able to access all of its mineable reserves.
