Below is a graphic showing the national park in question ... the Namib-Naukluft national park. As you can see its massive, and all four major Aussie U stocks, BMN, EXT, PDN, and DYL are INSIDE the north boundary of the Swakop river (green line in bottom pic). Many other uranium explorers are inside the park too, INCLUDING Canadian listed Xemplar. The lower third of the Etango lease is below the Swakop river and therefore inside the park boundary, while the other two thirds is outside - (Rabbit Valley is outside the park ... that will please the Captain). EXT is fully inside the national park. DYL & PDN are well inside. Xemplar's land is further south still, and so is further inside the park.
I have marked the "main park region" on the top map ... this is the area that is of high environmental, ecological, and tourist concern. No mining is allowed there. The northern area is mainly desert, and of lesser importance, hence the reason why mining is allowed by the Namibian government. As you can see the operating Langer Heinrich mine is well in the park.
The fact that Anomaly A is inside the park is of no real issue, besides the fact that they will have to comply with the same environmental standards that PDN did when setting up Langer Heinrich.
Hope this helps.
