I'll certainly never say manipulation doesn't happen, it definitely does but not in the way most HC peeps think it does.
I've seen numerous stocks "manipulated" all the way to zero, according to HC peeps. Just because someone sells your stock doesn't make it manipulation, it's just selling.
Notice how stocks are never "manipulated" up according to HC peeps?
