not suggesting it wasn't legal nor that it wasn't in compliance with CTM securities trading policy. key point for me is that an insider was promoting whilst probably actively selling and the promoting was not done through CTM's handle. something the directors would need to look at and hopefully tighten up in their internal securities trading policy for their insiders
