To keep things in context (which is always  major drain on this thread because most novice chartists and non chartists cant think in multi time frame TA ) the 62% Fib 14c is not out of the question by any means..what's going on at the moment is a simple counter trend bounce within the main down trend.. commonly known as a "corrective wave"....price heading to the medium term upper 62% Fib most likely....a reversal from there to long term 62% Fib 14c-11c is still very feasible.. close above 24-25c..well then we might start looking at a long term trend change and some valid support... I do realise this is just Dutch to most here but anyway..
