Very much doubt it. Would be market sensitive and TAR would need to go into a trading halt.
Remember, the Committee ruling is just a recommendation to the Premier. He can, and has, overruled them e.g. Lake Torrens. However, that is a massive stuff up, as there is currently an injunction and the aboriginal bodies are taking the government to court. This may not bode well for us…but the point is, if the Premier sees massive opportunity in approving (e.g. potential next Carrapateena), and the majority of submissions are in support, then he can easily override any negative recommendation from the Committee. However, obviously still hoping that the Committee supports the project, so there are not issues to surmount.
