Management will surely need to look at cost, however I must admit a bias against further expansion in Mal given the past. Sovereign risk is everywhere but my experience of Lynas having the rug pulled from under it for a decade is something not easily forgotten. Aside from that, I would also prefer diversification. If it can be done economically, Kal would be a logical choice. And let's not forget good ol US of A, if we can get a peep out of them re Texas.
