so what i was trying to say is no-one has taken into account that last 1/4 the roper project is getting funded half by the japanese and rover is getting funded by us, maybe they burnt a little to much cash the last few weeks while drilling rover , we havent had an ann out as of yet but i expect one in 1 or 2 weeks time , an update on how the drilling is going while the cap raising is on will make it more attractive and that is why norm has put the raising out now before the results of rover i think.
