Wes have made a binding bid so not sure they can pull out.

woolies wouldn't have wanted the business with Wes having 19%. I think Wes played it well by getting the 19% as it would deter other bidders.

suspect woolies only put in the bid to get a look at the Priceline books.

Wes could even go after sigma now for an enlarged wholesaler.
