Nice cross promote, with some merit, but rather crass.
I think SB looked over those tenements early on in the piece and decided not to buy them. They were easily had back then too.
Possible they find a few intersections of note there, but doubtful whether they would be economic on their own accord or worth a huge amount to an explorer with several "chancer" type prospects jotted all over the place.
You might make a few quid with CHR, and all the best to you if you do. But CXO don't need to have any dealiings with you (ever).
