Hey mate, the results so far for 675a were pre clinical i.e. yet to be tested in humans. Like any new drug seeking FDA approval, 675a will need to demonstrate safety in humans (phase 1) before proceeding with larger in human trials to demonstrate efficacy (phase 2 and 3). This will take some years, however the results so far are promising. You can find timelines / current status for all clinical trials on the website as well as recent nasdaq F1 filings and investor presentations. The upcoming OSA results will be the first results for human trials so far, hopefully late Jan.
