This Ann should kill the story that MCT is not committed to buying NME shares if no TO.
They certainly have to dilute to buy them and so they become a large holder of NME but without control.
Can they get to 50.1 percent?
Creep process and buy on market?
Imo not likely to TO unless they deal directly with the NME Board. But NME will let MCT suffer the consequences of failure.
