Govts ,concils,banks investors,builders,real estate agents,all savvy people,or businesses,all geting a helping hand one way or another.Everyone benefits except the first home owner,buying a house to live in,no negative gearing aspects like an investor,and I believe they need such help being at the mercy of a tenant.Until you own a home you get stung all the way,no claim on interest repayments,no depreciation,all repairs no claims,and good luck to all investors for taking the risk,buy their must be a way to help the 1st buyers rather than sucking the life out of them.
