    Hi winsol,

    You can sell your shares for nil now and claim the capital loss in 2021/22. See below, the post dated 01/10/21;

    One thing you may wish to consider though is that if, by some miracle, SDL is compensated for the removal of the permits in the future and funds flow back to shareholders, you won't be a shareholder any longer so you'll likely miss out.
