They can have anything as a buy but have they put their dollars where their mouth is? If it is a dead cert then all they will have is NEA. They will get all their lemmings to buy NEA. There will not be any NEA stock to go around.
With this game u have to use common sense, know the sharks out there and the genuine who are in the minority. Too darn hard to do this amount of detective work and also one will never get it right researching all this stuff.
Therefore, the best indicator is Mr Market.
