Can I ask a favour or two of you?

Firstly, where do you get your advance/decline figures and is there a free site and is it already combined or can you you get both the advances and decliners seperately, and what is the formula for A/D? Is it A-D or A/D or some other premutation.

I wish to construct a chart with A-D as 18 period simple moving average.

If you care to produce that chart and/or give me the means it would be great.
