Thanks dfs1 I might take a look. Currently, I use a spreadsheet and provide that to the accountant, but detailed notes on trading platform as trade occurs, then update spreadsheet once per month, only few updates per month, sometimes, none, thus no more than 10 min job.

While on this subject, in the last 5 to 6 weeks, I have only made 4 trades, 3 buys, 1 sell for my trading parcel. I break my trading parcel into 3 lots, average down on a retrace and same on the way up once targets are hit, but I'm up close to 120 cents on the last trades, thus still holding 2/3 tax wise, as its clear the company is in strong demand. So do I ride the hype wave a little bit longer (plenty of room to manoeuvre) or is SF being a greedy bugger.
