    I wonder how long till the share price starts heading towards its NTA level. Its at a good discount at the momnet and with the DUKE valuation currently at $0 you'd think that over the next 12 months the NTA would go up quite alot.
    With the share price at it's current levels is it possibly a takeover target and if so who would be potential buyers?
