It's my belief that the buying started off the back of a technical trade. As volume increased this presented an opportunity to for that technical trade to play out. Volume has increased over three days with the closing price higher each time. The trend is your friend as the saying goes.

I also believe that the sell down was overshot and buyers were looking for a bottom so that they could safely enter. December results due within two weeks so the increase could play into that time frame or it could sell off as with OPY which appears to be doing better today and has retrained much of it's price increase.

BNPL is still out of favor however a pathway to profitability will be favorable with increasing interest rates. The December results will show whether IOU has a clear pathway to profit. There was a lot of IOU bashing around not growing fast enough however the tempered growth and continued focus on MY has allowed for a much healthier business model to be applied in my opinion.
