I will be posting something after the SPP closes on Monday, titled Nuheara Past, Present & Future. Respect those with large holdings and certainly do not want to undermine the Company's efforts to raise capital via the SPP.
That said, time to cut through all the hype and bullshit. It should serve as a useful indicator of what is required for Nuheara to achieve both cash flow positive and EBITDA positive. All based on actual reported numbers, so no subjectivity. I have recently bought back in ( only 500k shares). The graph and narrative is an extract from my own fundamental analysis and should provide an ongoing monitor for those who are vested and have an interest. I will try to talk to your question on an SP of 5c via the accompanying narrative (as example)

You have also asked about the likelihood of a consolidation. If the Company can get themselves on a pathway to sustainable growth, then. i would say a 'consolidation' is highly likely. My experience on consolidations is that it means jackshit to existing holders at the time it is announced. if a Company is on a trajectory in terms of reaching profitability, demonstrating high growth, then future EPS comes on the radar for new investors. Remember, nothing on the Income Statement changes with a consolidation. EPS is determined via the sharecount, so the lower the sharecount the higher the EPS. Timing is all important.

Know of a medtech company who, after many years of disapointing results and poor shareholder dialogue, announced a consolidation. Some big announcements and strong results followed and just 2 years later, the Company is now being touted by some respected Adviser Groups as a portfoilio must.

    Have a great weekend
