    why take D: get out in the sun or take cod liver oil and there ya get the vit A too

    K2: take cheese, chicken, egg yoke and there are a few more

    Mg: Avocados, dark chocolate, seeds, nuts and grains and the wonderful banana (yummy yum)

    Zinc: yep, as most land in straya is lacking it (as well P)

    A: Need to decide on the issue with carotenoids (plant sources eg sweet potato, grape leaves or carrots) to retinol (mainly liver sources) transformation to allow body absorption



    see ya need a varied diet

    and reduce inflammation in ya body before ya get a virus or bacterial infection
