This can not be sustainable. In my opinion, way more overvalued in short term.
yep, if you are going for 30 years - it will be more about capacity for. the company to deliver. So far last 3 week's price rise is more to do with market than company releasing any new material information.
This is what happened on Friday. It is on 1 day (intra day) scale but similar things can last multiple days at bigger scale.
That said, longer term I would try to get in around 70c (can come as early as in few days may be my Next Friday?)
