I speculate that Reinhold was brought in as CEO to execute M&A. Given it appears Mt Arthur is off the table and potentially NAC3 back on the table, I think the requirement for that type of operator has diminished. I don't expect there's anything sinister here.
Robert Millner previously gave dividend guidance of 25% of EBITDA. EBITDA for 1H22 should be $400-500m. On that maths, at least 8 cents makes sense.
