I reckon the Minister is drawing a long bow to prove Djokovic represents a threat of civil unrest by remaining in Australia compared to civil unrest if he is deported. I can see anti-vax protests going ahead either way now thanks to Hawke at the behest of Morrison no doubt making this a highly visible international incident reverberating around the world.
