If weather turns cold this week I've meat to slow cook and will do either a Massamum curry or Beef Stroganoff.

I have capsicums ready to pick as well as heaps of spring onions and some strawberries. So lucky with our weather and our tanks are full.

Think I"ll give Dex's corn fritters a go this week as well.

Tonight we have the woolworths home brand fish in batter half a box $4 , I am going to try frozen black and gold fries as the oven is heating the fish $2 , and accompany it with salad,
