    do I blame mgmt for pursuing an ill fated acquisition of a business 5 times our size with no real chance of that ever succeeding. Yes, yes i absolutely do.

    It was a real credibility killer for both mgmt and the stock in general. Happy for you to discuss why you think that that view is incorrect.
