QR is far less relevant now Zip. In Qld Omicron is everywhere, and I haven't used QR for 3 weeks. The mask is the norm here in most retails.
Even when WA borders come down and Covid inundates the place, I doubt QR will be enforced for long, if at all. Tracing has more or less ended.
