A question for one of the more knowledgeable posters here on this stuff, how is the liquidity required by the OTC market generated. I assume it is addition shares issued with the same rights as CDX ordinary shares, so a dilution event at time of listing. Is it 10% of SOI required for availability for trading on OTC ?
