Suggest you actually go and have a look at the agreements for bonus passed at the AGM last year ?

If the director leaves or is sacked or dies the bonus arangement still continues is my reading of it. Maybe I have read it wrong but it seemed fairly clear, hence my dislike for this stock, not much use trying to change them may as well make them work. I couldn't believe it when I found the bonus details. Never heard of something like this. My reading between the lines is they threatened to leave if it was not passed and hence had great leverage.

Have a look and tell me what your reading of the conditions are ??
