Hey Cyber,
Based on my speculative belief that we are already working with both ARM and NVIDIA, I don't see a downside for BRN, regardless of whether or not the merger goes ahead. Why would it? (..........***IF we are working with NVIDIA and they aren't competition, which I believe is the case)
If we are working with NVIDIA then BRN, I believe, will be unaffected. Any company who wants to stay ahead of the pack will need to adopt AKIDA until something better comes along, imo DYOR
