IMO, the electorate spoke in WA when it overwhelmingly voted-in a Labor Government that had already instituted the toughest quarrantine regulations in Aus.
So if we are democrats and put the safety of our citizens first we have to appreciate what WA did and how the Comm electorate will likely vote in 3 months time.
By the way the court has upheld the Minister's cancellation of Djokovic's visa because he allegedly submitted a false visa application to our Border Force and no doubt his own country authorities and those of Spain will be interested in interviewing him when he returns to Europe.
