Thank you for that@Gottfried I am assuming all is ok, and the call centre in India or wherever it is has no clue what's going on. Still waiting for a call back from the escalation but if yours was tranche 50 then tranche 51 sounds correct. Don't need this stress.
I checked though on computershare and it did not get processed ! it says 17/01/2021
