    I think it’s important to understand that they’re trying to include the Zimbabwean interest in the company. Mangwana Capital would be the investment vehicle for many Zimbabwean investors. In the whole scheme of things an extra $500k isn’t much. Having Mangwana as a cornerstone investor happy to up their stake and Joe on the board is a very big deal for Invictus. IMO.
