I'm guessing you still haven't read 7.1b in the IPO prospectus yet
The min expenditure requirement is ~$1.4m AUD
HVY has a $1.4m bucket around their foot, TPH the SP might do better if they just gave away the tenement and just concentrated on the Garnet
