I’m pretty sure any equity deal must come from new shares, raise the market cap and cause dilution. Not that this is a bad thing if we need it. Going to 60000 tpa is massive by itself. I really can’t see it going any bigger for quite some time if ever. They will need to start lower and work their way up as these things are difficult to get right. When I had a look around at other Graphite plays recently, I think our competitors where looking at around 10000tpa so even 60000 is a monster. It just means that anyone who wants our gear are going to have to offer us a very good price, other incentives such as prepayments, a good equity deal or offer to JV downstream opportunities. Looks like DC is in a good position to negotiate. Since he owns lots of shares himself I’m sure he will come up with the goods.

I would like to thank the landowners for selling me so many shares when it dipped below a cent. Very nice of them to share the wealth.
