This news seems like a formality, but is hugely significant. The deal wasn't a shoe-in, and carried meaningful risk IMO given the storied history with GBM and TH. There's not a heck of a lot of risk remaining now. The bonanza grades are still sitting in those hills, and as I understand it drilling begins almost immediately. The expertise going into the drill program is unmatched.
