One thing though. If the authorities mandate digital currencies as the only mode of transaction how will that help if you are holding PMs? Sure the price of PMs will go up but those holding PMs will see that increase but will not be able to transact except in the shadow economy? But the way digital currencies is expected to work there is unlikely to be a shadow economy?
