I've done 20km a day for 4 days straight. 10 before that.
Yesterday at the end of it - I felt like I needed a break - which is unusual. I've been restricting calories heavily - so, I'm not sure if I'm running out of petrol a bit.
I took some psyllium this morning - I reckon it's a necessity - this high fat/carb ratio says on thing to the gut - not much happening fellas, might as well go on holidays.
I'll post the results of daily weights etc when a full week is up - started 12/jan
