Rob, have you ever worked in manufacturing??? I’ve worked in industry my whole life and we never get process or packaging machinery that only JUST does the job. We often will spec to 20-30% above our requirements as a buffer for potential future line improvements. WTF has this got to do with disclosure obligations? Absolutely nothing. Stop talking crap.
