I think you are right for short term, which means we should really be drilling a few wells now (albeit with a partner) to realise the typical high production for shale frac type wells which have peak production at the start and a long tail. What worries me is how does the industry look at a new resource over 20-30 years of its production life and the value it brings.
In a certain way, i feel ATS JV to just drill, produce and capitalise is the best way to go about rather than being patient in a world to sell the prospect.
The value is here today and it has to be capitalised!
The best case scenario for SH's is someone just buys this asset to start unlocking value but that is a dream in the current scenario. Looking forward to the quarterly report which should be in end of the month!
