    Yas. I have asked Tom a few times when directors are able to purchase on market. He didn't say whether they were allowed to purchase on market but I have to assume that is because if he did he would be in violation of some law because he would have given me information that directors didnt have market sensitive information therefore no announcements soon or something of that sort.
