You know a company will be a success and a huge one at that when management are not too worried with the share price and releasing announcements after announcements to pump it up with hot air rather than building a solid foundation to move higher. Short term share price increases due to hot air announcements is not a strong foundation to grow from.

What we have with our management especially the Exec directors, are two that have run listed companies not only in Australia but overseas as well and know what it takes to build a solid company. In addition unlike other companies that so desperately need a high share price to raise funds, our directors have multiple avenues of financing in place and I am certain more in their pocket, which they do not need to use yet.

Most companies that raise, push up the price, raise there after, resulting in a huge drop and languishes at the bottom end before they need to raise again, then pump and repeat. In our case, there is no such thing, as not only is management genuinely interested in building a great company but we have more than sufficient cash and equivalents to not need a raise for a very long time (unless we buy more projects).

Not forgetting we have some solid shareholders as well, including Yahua a billion dollar customer.

We currently have around $8 million in the bank (with Yahua payment) + $10 million facility + 5 million (BMM) = $23 million.
Plus we are only at a market cap of $70 million, yet we have two solid MOU's, which definitely without a doubt offtakes are on the way and ALL solid projects Copper, Tin and Lithium, including gold and silver. Again I am sure the offtakers know something that we don't, the company cannot announce certain things or results that are not "compliant" but can share them with the buyers.
